Management Team
Anna, Lisa, Jodie, Ceri and Jenna make up the senior management team at the centre. Anna, Lisa and Jodie have all been employed at Aberavon ICC for over 15 years. The team’s ongoing commitment to the staff, parents and the wider community means they can offer the highest quality care and support required.
We know it is important for parents to have consistency of staff that are caring for their children and seeing them form lasting relationships during their time with us.
All staff have key children that they work closely with to reach every child’s full developmental potential. This consistency enables a close bond and relationships to form between staff and parents.

These are the current staff members who work within the full day care centre caring for children from 8 weeks to 5 years. We pride ourselves on having dedicated, highly qualified staff team who have been with us for many years.

CHILDCARE OFFER/ASC/HOLIDAY CLUB
​Jess and Gemma have been running both the After School Club and Holiday Club for the last two years. They make sure the children coming from school are happy, comfortable with plenty of activities until home time. During Holiday Club outings are arranged as much as possible these include visits to Margam Park, Plantasia, Local Libraries, Cinema and Aberavon Beach. These along with daily activities keep the children stimulated and active during the holiday periods.

Flying Start AM & PM
We have been successfully running flying start playgroups at Sandfields Primary School since 2008. The team work really well together whilst continuing to build positive lasting relationships with both new and returning families
